These Pistachio Caramel Scraps come from our Coconut Sugar Pistachio Caramels, a confection selected for Dandelion Chocolate’s Advent Calendar. We slow-cook unrefined coconut palm sugar to create deep, rich caramel flavor, then fold in buttery pistachios from Fiddyment Farms. The chewy caramel pieces are enrobed by us in Dandelion Chocolate’s 70% House Blend dark chocolate and finished with a light sprinkle of sea salt for balance.
